Recently Vanuatu's Speaker of parliament, Hon. Dustan Hilton,  visited endorsed (Offshore Agent) Helen Woodrow based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Australia, to promote recognition of Vanuatu's continued involvement & commitment towards the Australian Governments, recently announced 1st July 2012 budget allocated to the (PSWPS) Pacific Seasonal Worker's Pilot Scheme, permanent placement, in the South Pacific (Vanuatu Region)

Hon. Dunstan Hilton, had announced complements & thanks, to the Australian Governments continued support given towards Vanuatu, since Vanuatu's Independence dated 30th July 1980.

Additionally Hon. Dunstan Hilton had sympathized & expressed the struggles that had hampered the majority of Vanuatu's indigenous people throughout, as they had lived alongside the poverty line, with no regular work & sustainable income, to supporting their families.

As a consequence to (work labour shortages) in Vanuatu's local communities & families alike, they are deprived of good living standards, funding to schools/ hospitals & housing. Only the fortunate few local Islanders, had found work in the Capital of Port Vila, through to government departments, Tourism industries & local businesses.ect.

Throughout Vanuatu's 82 regional Islands, the Nivan people had existed by way of fishing/ hunting & agricultural farming practises, amongst harsh subtropical terrain, giving them good adaptability & understanding where crop planting/ picking & farm duties exist through harvesting seasons.

Surprisingly, In spite of all hardships experienced, Vanuatu had been Internationally Ranked "The Happiest Place on Earth" (Three Years Running).

Hon. Dustan Hilton stated, since Vanuatu's Independence transpired, poverty through (lack of work) had always been present, but moreso in far North, Torba Province/ Banks Islands region, where they had been left behind, forgotten in time.

These words were the inspiration to establishing Vanuatu's, Banks Islands Seasonal Employment Agency, Named (SSWSA) Silstan Seasonal Workers Solution Agency, Registered 16th of February 2012, that had registered (362) Work Ready Recruitment's, to date.

(SSWSA) are endeavoring to subsidize (Seasonal Workforces Shortages) here in Australia, as they Participate alongside the Labour Commissioner, Lionel Kaluat & (PSWPS) Program.

SSWSA) is making a Plead to any recruiting Australian Farmers, that are experiencing labour shortages, to consider employing any number of Vanuatu's Seasonal Recruitment's, in a (Contractual Labour Agreement).

Employing Farmers, will be facilitated through an Australian (Approved Employers Agency) who processes Visa's, covers Vanuatu Recruitment's (Upfront Cost) to Air Fairs/ Transport to designated Accommodation.
